- Sign up with Paradigm Dynamix.
- Your Comb system will be pre-configured with your resident information.
- A Paradigm Dynamix technician will contact you to book a date for your Comb access control system installation*.
- Paradigm Dynamix will install* your Comb system and test it with you.
- Full training will be provided after installation has been completed.
- Contact Paradigm Dynamix to make resident changes or send resident sms messages.
- Contact Paradigm for any technical queries. Remote and on-site support is included.
- Paradigm Dynamix will provide an annual on-site service for the Comb system installation.
